We have had many events since our arrival in Howell. We are thankful for all the support given to our local artists. Our 2015 will be filled with loads of events as well.

Blue Frog Book Club. This month's book will be "Valley of Amazement" by Amy Tann. Come and have a book discussion with folks who love to read as much as you do. Next Month's book to be chosen at the meeting.

Evan Heuker, with his book "Warriors' Legacy", a great journey with suspense and excitement along the way. And since his was a great journey we also thought it would be a good idea to have an another author who had a real life journey. Dennis Feeheley, author of "Travelin' Man....Across The Sahara and Beyond". Dennis took off on his adventure when he was 19 and made it accross 8 countries, 2 Continents all in one pair of pants. His life was forever changed by his experience and would love to tell you how. Please join us.

Get your Irish on with David K. McDonnell, author of "Clan Donnell, A Storied History of Ireland". David is in such demand during March we had to wait for April to get him here. The book is a life's work of stories and history of the Emerald Isle. He is entertaining and outgoing, and would love to meet you all.

Kids card game night. Looking for something fun to do? Come and play our great Kid's card games, 6yr and up Rat-a-Tat Cat, and Slamwich, 8yr and up, Sleeping Queens, and 10yr and up, Gubs. All are fun and easy and you will pick right up on them. Please no drop offs. Come and stay and play with us.

We thought the Math authors were so cool we are doing it again. Brian Purcell, "The Inquisative Pioneer" and Jetje Walachia "Unicursal Symmetery" will come back for all those who couldn't make it in the first go around. Jetje shows how to make "Math Art", and Brian shows how to problem solve using at home materials and experiements. He also brings his collection of slide rules...way cool.
Saturday, May 2 at 6:00pm- "The Write Stuff". This is a newly formed writing group faciliated by Jefferey Ruth, a published author and news columnist for CNN and others. It will be an informal group with the idea in mind of giving you new inspiration and peers for your writing endeavors. Join us and help yourself and others.
Sunday, May 3rd at 1:00 - 3:00 pm- Blue Frog Books 1st Annual Michigan Comicon. Michigan's best comic artists will be on hand to sign copies and offer free sketches to all that attend. Support your local artists. You may find, as we have, the ones you have never heard of, have some really cool things to offer. Sometimes better than the stuff coming from the big guys. Spread the word on this one....we want to have a big showing of support so we can get bigger each year.
